Dr. Ayana J. Seibles
Dr. Ayana J. Seibles is a quadruple board-certified physician who was born and raised in Piscataway, New Jersey where she attended Rutgers, the State University of NJ on a full academic scholarship double majoring in Biology and Psychology. A former Edward J Bloustein Distinguished Scholar, she matriculated into medical school at Rowan University School of Osteopathic Medicine (formerly University of Medicine & Dentistry of New Jersey). She went on to complete a combined Emergency Medicine and Internal Medicine residency in the Jefferson Health System in Philadelphia, PA.
With her dual residency training, Dr. Seibles went
on to eventually become quadruple board-certified in Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, Vascular and Endovascular Medicine. Dr. Seibles is one of the most highly-trained, well-educated, and knowledgeable providers in this area with a unique, multifaceted background in medicine. She started Vitalize Me out of a passion she developed for aesthetics, anti-aging science, and laser physics. Dr. Seibles’ motto in life is once you stop learning, you start dying. Her goal is to extend the healthy lifespan of her patients by using a comprehensive, integrative approach to achieve the most youthful results for all her patients.
Dr. Seibles received training in just about every sub-specialty of medicine and her astute clinical acumen combined with over 15 years of experience is unmatched. As a practicing Internist, Emergency physician and Vascular specialist, no one else has a better understanding of the interaction between a person’s genetics, chronic medical conditions, environmental factors, wellness, and the affect of those conditions on the overall appearance. Dr. Seibles also has experience in numerous medical procedures ranging from injecting joints, performing catheterizations, endovenous ablation, sclerotherapy, as well as performing skin biopsies, complex wound repairs, and is able to achieve the most satisfactory aesthetic outcomes for her patients. She has a keen understanding of the skin’s natural aging process and the body’s innate wound healing process. Dr. Seibles has an eye for beauty, symmetry and balance, and lets her work speak for itself.Â
Dr. Dare V. Ajibade
Dr. Dare V. Ajibade, a fellowship-trained cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgeon in the Washington, D.C., metro area, was born in Nigeria and grew up outside of New York City. He brings a unique socially conscious perspective and culturally competent approach to achieving collaborative and bespoke aesthetic results. In line with his commitment to excellence, he has dedicated over a decade to honing his expertise in all areas of cosmetic and aesthetic surgery, especially breast, body contouring, liposuction/ liposculpting and fat grafting. Dr. Ajibade’s practice philosophy emphasizes safety and exceptional individualized results. His clinical approach aims to achieve a collaborative and personalized
experience for each patient. Using the most advanced evidence-based techniques and technologies, he offers comprehensive aesthetic options to help all patients achieve their best self.

Following medical school, Dr. Ajibade completed his General Surgery training at New Jersey Medical School University Hospital in Newark, New Jersey. He continued his education in Philadelphia where he completed comprehensive Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery training at Temple University Hospital. Dr. Ajibade further enhanced his capacity with a highly prestigious and competitive Aesthetics Society-endorsed fellowship in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex area.

Ulanders Craig
MBA, BSN, RN Health & Wellness Coordinator/Nurse Injector
Ulanders is originally from Dayton, Ohio. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Maryland and her MBA from TUI while serving on active duty in the Navy. She began her nursing career in the military operating room where she worked alongside many physicians specializing in orthopedics, gynecology and plastic surgery while caring for Wounded Warriors.Since retiring from the military, she has served as Director of Perioperative Services in several hospitals throughout the area. As a formally trained Operating Room nurse, it was an easy transition
to go from the OR to the office caring for patients before and after surgery.
Ulanders has received extensive training and specializes in a wide range of non-surgical treatments like Botox, fillers, PRP, skin tightening, etc. She also manages the Health and Wellness program, which includes weight management and IV Drip hydration.
Ulanders is passionate about making others look and feel the best version of themselves. In her free time, you can find her in the gym, watching the Steeler Nation or spending time with her family.
